The location is unbeatable! With fine ocean views from big rooms and friendly staff.

Those 300 steep stairs can be daunting! The restaurant's dining speed varied greatly, and some amenities felt outdated and in need of repair.

Amazing location with lovely views. The room had a private patio and ocean view. Breakfast was included and very delicious. The staff worked hard and provided great service. I enjoyed the palapas on the beach.

Catalina beach resort offers a beautiful lush setting with amazing ocean views from every room. The included breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and hardworking. It's perfect location near various bars, restaurants, and shops right in front of the resort.

Our suite offered a fine sea view, and we loved the relaxing pool area. The beach right below was perfect for lounging and playing with the kids.

My children wished there were more family-friendly activities offered.

Lovely ocean views from large rooms create a fine backdrop. The beach loungers and palapas provided great relaxation right on the beautiful shoreline. The room's assessability was hampered by broken loungers on the private patio and a lukewarm shower, which detracted from the experience. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly and hardworking staff added a cute touch to the stay.

We loved chilling on the beach, soaking up the sun with my grandchild. The ocean views were fine, and the beach was perfect for building sandcastles. We even got to experience some local culture with a basketball game nearby, so much fun!

My wife says that the amenities felt a bit outdated.
